STERRY Limited is looking for a Marketing Manager focusing on Europe (particularly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy) in a remote setup. Several key qualifications and skills are essential to ensure success in managing diverse markets and working across various cultures.
Qualifications :
1. Educational Background:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1. A Master''s degree (optional) in International Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration could be an advantage.
1. Experience:
Proven experience in marketing management, particularly in a digital marketing agency environment.
1. Experience in international markets or with clients in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Europe. Understanding cultural nuances is crucial.
2. Experience working in a remote or distributed team is highly desirable.
3. Track record of caign success in various marketing channels (social media, SEO, C, email, content marketing, etc.) within the European context.
4. Project management experience managing multi channel, multi market caigns simultaneously.
1. Language Skills:
Fluency in English is essential as its the global business language.
1. Fluency or advanced proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly advantageous (depending on the region the agency focuses on).
2. Understanding the local marketing and consumer trends in these countries will be a significant plus.
1. Technical & Digital Marketing Skills:
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency with digital marketing strategies and tools like SEO, SEM (Google Ads), content marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
1. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).
2. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, etc.) to track KPIs, manage data, and optimize caigns.
3. Content creation and strategy, including understanding of the types of content that perform well across different European markets.
