About the Role :
We are seeking a highly-organized and proactive Amazon Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand-related projects, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand strategy. The Amazon Project Manager will work closely with a Senior Account Manager (AM) to manage a portfolio of up to 15 accounts, ensuring consistent collaboration and alignment on client objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Task Management: Schedule and coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed and ready for client review.
2. Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of projects by ensuring tasks are uploaded, live, and informing senior account managers and/or clients upon completion.
3. Meeting Coordination: Prepare and send meeting agendas to clients, take detailed notes during meetings, and share recaps promptly.
4. Asset Management: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents, files, or assets required by specialists.
5. Reporting: Ensure weekly and monthly sales reports are accurate and delivered on time.
6. Internal Communication: Conduct daily stand-up meetings with senior account managers to review account health and task status. Collaborate with internal teams to create and monitor tasks in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
7. Task Follow-Up: Regularly check in with project managers and teams to track progress, deadlines, and resolve blockers.
8. Documentation and Updates: Maintain accurate records in internal systems such as Commlog and checklists.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project supervisors and specialists to prepare tasks, communicate blockers, and define ownership of comments and revisions.
10. Portfolio Management: Partner with a Senior Account Manager to manage up to 15 accounts, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
Qualifications :
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in branding or marketing.
* Strong knowledge of the Amazon platform and best practices (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
