We are looking for an R&D; Packaging Developer for the BTF, BTM and NS categories. You will play a central role in delivering packaging solutions that enable innovation, renovation, and operational excellence, fueling our category growth. What you'll achieve You will lead packaging development across all formats, ensuring compliance with legislation, sustainability goals, and supply chain requirements. Your main impacts will include: Packaging Development: You will develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, including display materials. You will support industrialization by working with third-party manufacturers and internal functions to scale up products, attending factory trials and launches when required and contributing to problem‐solving and continuous improvement across all packaging elements. Sustainability: You will test and evaluate alternative materials for contingency, sustainability, and cost-saving opportunities. Innovation: You will identify new trends through exhibitions and supplier visits, feeding inspiration into innovative workshops. Project & Budget Management: You will ensure all packaging for innovation and renovation projects is delivered on time and aligned with strategy. You will propose and manage the yearly packaging budget (testing, certifications, trials) and ensure compliance with the standardized process. Technical Support & Data Governance: You will provide packaging expertise to Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality (including complaint management).
