We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the opening of an international restaurant and events venue in Fuengirola. The ideal candidate will have previous success managing a high-quality restaurant kitchen and be capable of motivating the team to maximize performance and productivity.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* 5+ years of experience as a Head or Sous Chef
* Passionate and creative, representing the gastronomic vision of the restaurant in media
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills between the restaurant, kitchen, and external contractors
* Ability to create menus for international and national events
* Good knowledge of food hygiene procedures
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Friendly, courteous, and pleasant personality
* Effective control of stock purchasing, receipt, storage, preparation, and service, ensuring quality, safety, and quantity standards
Contract Details
The company offers a full-time contract working Wednesday to Sunday, split shifts from 11:00-15:00 and 19:00-23:00. Mondays and Tuesdays are days off. Immediate start is available.
