Manage the pursuit qualification process for project opportunities, ensuring strategic alignment with potential.Understand and communicate the department’s pursuit priorities within the organization.Build key relationships within EPC offices, especially with procurement and engineering teams.Ensure bid proposals are accurate, strategic, and submitted within customer deadlines.Support project pursuit and strategic accounts with AML/AVL additions and global customer/key account presentations.Align pursuit strategies between the business unit and Spanish sales teams.Present products and solutions effectively.Understand manufacturing plant approval processes and requirements.Enhance project win ratios through differentiated business cases and customer value creation, following business unit guidelines.Analyze competitors, their positioning, and selling points;
communicate market intelligence proactively.Engage early in projects to influence decisions and provide sales intelligence for proposals.Ensure open communication channels for quotation clarifications and value proposition discussions before and during bidding.Who You Are :

A technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.Fluency in Spanish and English.Experience in sales within the valve industry, especially with triple offset valves and relevant industries.Understanding of the global process industry environment and trends.Experience working with global EPCs.Knowledge of product solutions in key valve applications across segments like O&G, LNG, Chem/Petrochem, and Sustainability.Effective communication and influencing skills.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
