Overview
Ryanair Group welcomes cabin crew applicants with no previous experience required. The role starts with a 6‑week training course that covers safety, customer service, and essential operational skills. The training includes regular exams, supernumerary flights, and culminates with receiving Cabin Crew Wings.
Responsibilities
As a cabin crew member you will deliver a top‑class safety and customer service experience on board Ryanair Group aircraft. You must operate on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster, including early and late shifts, with duty periods as early as 5 am and as late as midnight. Safety is the priority and you will be required to follow all operational procedures.
Qualifications
* Enthusiasm and a customer‑service orientation (e.g., work in a bar, restaurant, shop, etc.)
* Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
* Height between 5 (2) (157 cm) and 6 (2) (188 cm)
* Ability to swim 25 m unaided
* Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality
* Adaptable to a shift roster and ready to work early/late shifts
* Comfortable speaking and writing in English
* Passion for travelling and meeting new people
