Location: At customer sites and with sales representatives alongside our factories
Reporting to the CEO, working closely with the teams, as a sales strategist and developer of new niche areas, your main responsibilities will be:
Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the Group's commercial policy by setting overall and individual targets to maximise factory capacity and adapting it as necessary
- Ensure that sales targets are met in each area of responsibility (geographical, customer base, product, range, service, etc.)
- Capture growing niche markets and implement a prescription policy.
- Analyse existing markets, the competition and the economic climate for products developed by the factories.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor their implementation.
- Work with the Purchasing Department to co-manage supplier/customer relations.
- Work with factory operations managers to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of deadlines, quality and close relationships
- Work with support functions to support the growth of the multidisciplinary sales teams' skills and act as a strong link between customers and factories
- Work with the Finance Department to ensure that margins, collections and sales indicators reflect the Group's international sales performance
Your profile:
- Manager of international sales teams
- Marketing and prospecting techniques
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
- Office and CRM IT tools
- Negotiation and argumentation skills
- Strong taste for challenge and competition
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual in English (professional level);
other languages would be a significant plus in our international Group
