Next-Generation Firewall Engineer – 12-Month Contract

We’re working with a global security leader who needs a Next-Generation Firewall Engineer with solid hands-on experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, deploying, and managing Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions (Palo Alto experience strongly preferred)
- Creating and maintaining firewall policies, NAT rules, security profiles, and threat prevention configs
- Troubleshooting complex network and security issues across global environments
- Working closely with architecture and operations teams to improve security posture
- Supporting or leading firewall migration projects from legacy firewalls to NGFW platforms
What we’re looking for
- Proven hands-on engineering experience with next-generation firewalls
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW (Pan-OS, security policies, App-ID, User-ID)
- Experience with enterprise-level firewall deployments, upgrades, and cutovers
- Migration experience is a major advantage (from legacy firewalls to Palo Alto or similar)
- Must be fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Someone who takes ownership — not someone waiting for instructions

- Occasional travel when required (not frequent)
