Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SERVICE NOW FUNCTIONAL LEAD (M/F), to join our Human Resources Technology Team. This professional can be based in EMEA or LATAM, as he/she will be working remotely. This role will be responsible for leading the functional design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and related modules across Otis’s global operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ServiceNow capabilities align with business strategies and deliver measurable value. On a typical day you will: * Serve as the primary functional lead for ServiceNow HRSD initiatives, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate them into functional specifications. * Partner closely with Otis’s Digital Technology team to align on ServiceNow strategy, roadmap, and integration with enterprise platforms. * Lead ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment efforts in partnership with technical developers and system integrators. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance platform usability, performance, and adoption within HR. * Ensure compliance with Otis’s IT governance, data privacy, and change management policies. * Provide functional leadership in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and new HR module rollouts. * Conduct training sessions and create documentation for HR users and support teams. * Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD best practices, new features, and industry trends. What You Will Need to be Successful: * 3+ years of experience working with an HR Technology platform like ServiceNow or Workday, with at least 1 year in a functional lead or business analyst role focused on that technology. Prior functional lead experience with HRSD is a plus. * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HR modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center. * Proven experience in leading as a functional expert (HRSD experience is a plus) * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in a global enterprise HR environment is a plus.
