Overview
Ventós Groupis an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain.
Currently we need to reinforce our Human Resources team by incorporating an
General HR Technician.
Responsibilities
Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits
Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
Entering and updating staff data in the system
Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.
Realization / updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)
Qualifications
At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
Essential high level of English.
Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
