Position: Sales Account
We are currently looking to strengthen our Sales team by hiring a Sales Account.
Your Role
* Prospect and develop different markets.
* Manage customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
* Negotiate and close orders.
* Prepare offers.
* Identify and assess customer needs.
* Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Handle product and service inquiries by obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
* Prepare activity reports.
* Coordinate with other departments.
Your Skills
* At least 2-3 years of recent experience in a commercial role.
* Experience in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragrances is a plus.
* Higher education in economics (e.g., Business Administration) or chemistry, or related fields.
* Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued.
* High level of English proficiency.
