Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate experience in rapidly and profitably growing brands on Amazon, especially in Germany.
* Manage client relationships through a consultative B2C approach, understanding the business, optimizing brand investments, and increasing sales.
* Define KPIs for search and marketing strategies on Amazon.
* Develop processes to ensure top product ranking and visibility.
* Collaborate with internal experts to align strategies for Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
* Build and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon.
* Forecast sales and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams.
* Optimize product descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews.
* Analyze marketplace trends and competitors to identify opportunities for new products and campaigns.
* Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution, providing ideas for marketing opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years' experience managing Amazon accounts or marketplaces.
* Proven success in expanding Amazon marketplaces, including USA and UK, profitably and rapidly.
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Deep understanding of organic ranking strategies with proven success stories.
* Experience with Seller Central and marketplace management tools.
* Experience in brand development and Profit & Loss management on Amazon.
* Knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms.
* Proficiency with tools supporting account management and analysis.
* Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
* Understanding of other digital channels and retail ecosystems.
Our headquarters are located in Las Rozas, Madrid.
Professional Development & Work Schedule:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (45-minute lunch), flexible start/end times (+/- 1 hour).
* Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Remote Work Policy:
* First 2 years: 1 remote day per week + up to 11 days/year.
* After 2 years: 1 remote day per week + up to 16 days/year.
* Employees with children under 10: 2 remote days per week (Fridays and one additional non-consecutive day).
