Responsabilities
- Provide support in the administrative management, monitoring, and control of advertising projects.
- Collect reports from production departments.
- Assist in the creation of work budgets and procurement management.
- Manage project-related documentation.
- Support treasury cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze income closure reports.
- Apply income recognition policies.
- Collaborate in the internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure the correct functioning of invoicing processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Comfortable coordinating schedules and tasks.
- Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration with internal and external departments.
- High level of English.
