At SiliconHR, we are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients, a well-established international organization within the education sector.
This is a temporary role covering maternity leave, offering a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, integral environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of go-to-market initiatives across various programs, including launches, relaunches, and key recruitment periods.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis, as well as gather student insights and research to help define program positioning and messaging.
* Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across marketing materials, channels, and regions.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Social Media, Brand, Design, Admissions, and Academic departments to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
* Provide input on product positioning and messaging for digital and social media campaigns, including paid campaigns targeting prospective students.
* Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization efforts through data analysis and reporting.
* Coordinate the creation, update, and maintenance of commercial materials and internal toolkits for programs.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
* 2–4 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within education, product marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
* Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate strategic ideas into clear and compelling messaging.
* Analytical mindset with a structured approach and interest in data-driven decision-making.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams within complex, international environments.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
