At Factorial we're looking for a new Account Manager for the Portuguese Market to help us support and scale our Customer Experience team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of boosting client satisfaction and retention, you'll be in charge of acting as the first point of contact with existing customers, managing and retaining a portfolio of clients, and identifying upsell opportunities and product improvements.

The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Portuguese Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
