We are looking for a proactive Account Manager who doesn't just wait for things to happen, you make them happen. If you have a passion for the industrial sector, technology background, a strategic mindset, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role, we want to talk to you.

The Role: Your Mission

In this role, you aren't just managing accounts; you own your portfolio and pipeline. You are the strategic conductor who identifies a client's need and brings in our world-class specialists to solve it.

* Pipeline Ownership: You will take full responsibility for your sales pipeline with focus in tech opportunities. From identifying market opportunities to closing deals, you own the journey.
* Commercial Proposal Generation: You will lead the creation of tailored commercial proposals that address client needs, closely with the Developers and Strategists
* Market Hunting: You connect the dots by proactively looking for new B2B industrial opportunities, identifying key stakeholders who are ready for digital transformation.
* Strategic Networking: You'll organize and lead events, webinars, and roundtables for prospects and key accounts, positioning Novicell as the go-to expert in the industrial sector.
* The "Orchestrator": While our specialists handle the technical implementation and specific proposals for SEO, UX, or CRM, you are the one who spots the opportunity. You understand how CMS, PIM, DAM, and CPQ fit into a client's growth strategy.
* Growth Path: We are looking for someone with the vision to grow. Prove your impact here, and there's a clear path for you to grow.

Are you the one we're looking for?

We need a blend of industry knowledge, technical curiosity, and "people power."

* The Agency/Consultancy DNA: You have solid experience working in digital agencies, IT consultancies, or digital business firms. You understand the pace and the value of high-level consulting.
* Industrial Expertise: You speak the language of B2B and the industrial sector. You understand their complex sales cycles and unique digital challenges.
* Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable discussing the strategic benefits of CMS, CRM, PIM, DAM, CPQ, SEO, SEM, CRO, and UX/UI. You know what the "alphabet soup" means for a client's bottom line.
* Communication: Exceptional English and Spanish skills. You are as comfortable presenting in a boardroom as you are chatting at a networking event.
