As a Sales Operation Manager, you will:
* Be responsible for the overall site sales forecast and operations
* Lead a team of sales managers to exceed targets, achieve goals, maintain compliant operations, and deliver excellent customer experience
* Oversee key sales functions, provide guidance, set objectives, and help achieve goals
* Ensure operational excellence by improving processes, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions
* Identify local market needs and resolve issues promptly
* Manage team sizing and growth, building a top talent pool
* Drive project activities to meet sales revenue targets
* Coach and evaluate team leaders, interacting regularly with clients, marketing, and other stakeholders
Your qualifications

* Are bilingual or proficient in English
* Have at least 10 years of technology-related sales or business development experience, plus 4+ years of program management leading teams of 20+ people, including 4+ sales managers. Familiarity with modern sales tools is preferred
* Are passionate about cloud technologies and innovation
* Possess excellent English communication skills and can coach teams effectively over various channels
* Can engage with C-level executives and decision-makers on industry and workload strategies
* Can identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and maintain customer relationships
* Have a good understanding of the IT industry, with quick learning ability about systems, products, and services
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Dynamics CRM, or other CRM platforms
