What do we offer you?
- **Salary** of €24,000 gross per year, 12 months' pay.
- **Permanent contract** (1 month trial period) of 39 hours per week from Monday to Saturday (alternating).
- The **work schedule** will be from 9h to 19h with one regular rotating day per week.
- 4 weeks training from Monday to Thursday from 9h to 18h (with one hour for lunch) and Friday from 9h to 16h.
- **Hybrid work.**

What do we need?
- **Native level of German.**:
- **Advanced level of English.**:
- **Spanish** level is not required but it is **valuable**.
- **Residence in any area of Madrid.**:
- Analytical capacity of planning, organization, analysis and management.
- Being able to create training material.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to perform assessments consistently and fairly.
- Capacity to work in detail reviewing all process and task.
- Clear understanding of key objectives.
- Valuable previous Team management experience.
