Enterprise Client Manager
(Client-Facing | Project Management | Global Account Coordination)

Role: Full-time (Hybrid / Remote with travel as needed)
Purpose
The Enterprise Client Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for a key global enterprise account, ensuring clear communication, strong coordination, and successful delivery of complex projects.
This role is responsible for translating client needs into structured internal projects while ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and manufacturing teams.
The position acts as the operational bridge between client expectations and internal capabilities, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, effectively coordinated, and delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards.
The role also works closely with international enterprise and licensing teams to ensure global alignment on strategy, product capabilities, pricing structures, and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary operational contact for a key enterprise client on all day-to-day matters
* Respond to client inquiries, requests, and project updates in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated internally and managed throughout the project lifecycle
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner
Enterprise Project & Program Management
* Translate client requests into structured internal projects with defined scope, ownership, timelines, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross-functional activities across Production, Operations, Creative, Logistics, and Finance
* Track key milestones including sampling, artwork approvals, production readiness, and delivery timelines
* Maintain clear documentation and project visibility across all stakeholders
* Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with overall account objectives
Manufacturing & Operations Collaboration
* Act as a key liaison with manufacturing leadership to align on project requirements, timelines, and production planning
* Ensure technical specifications, client expectations, and delivery timelines are clearly defined prior to project launch
* Maintain regular communication with production teams to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks
* Support visibility across manufacturing schedules, capacity planning, and prioritisation
* Collaborate on problem-solving to balance client needs with operational capabilities and delivery commitments
Global Enterprise Coordination
* Partner with international enterprise and licensing teams to ensure alignment on global account strategy
* Maintain consistency across pricing, product capabilities, and client communication
* Support global projects requiring cross-regional collaboration
Visibility & Reporting
* Maintain a clear and structured overview of all active projects, timelines, approvals, and delivery milestones
* Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and leadership on progress and potential risks
* Ensure all project documentation and client communications are accurately recorded and organised
Risk Management & Escalation
* Proactively identify risks, delays, or operational challenges
* Coordinate internally to resolve issues before they impact the client
* Escalate critical matters when required, providing clear solutions and recommendations
Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in enterprise account management, program management, or project management
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus)
* Experience working with manufacturing environments, apparel production, or product-based businesses is highly advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in international, matrixed environments
* Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or similar
