Proven B2B sales experiencein a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally inrenewable energy, SaaS energy domain and/or OT cybersecurity .
A track record ofexceeding sales targetsand successfully managing complex (enterprise) deals.
Established and active networkwithin theenergy and/or cybersecurity industries, with atrack record of leveraging relationships for deal-making .
Excellent command ofEnglish, withnative or near-native proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish. Additional languages are an asset.
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability tosimplify complex digital solutionsfor customers.
A self-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives inautonomous, international environments .
Willingness totravel extensivelyacross the region and designated eventsKey Responsibilities
As aSales Manager - Southern Europe, you will drive business growth acrossItaly, Spain, Portugal, and France, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing the adoption of our solutions. You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and leadership teams todefine and execute strategic sales initiativesthat align with our growth ambitions.
Develop and execute asales strategyfor Southern Europe, targeting key industries and SMEs to enterprise customers.
Own the full sales cycle fromprospecting to closing, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Build and maintainstrong relationshipswith Senkron Energy executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
Identifynew business opportunitiesand drive pipeline growth in alignment with revenue goals.
Work closely with theRevOps (Marketing, Business Development, and Growth) teamto maximize regional impact.
Represent Senkron atindustry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesto enhance market presence.
