Who You Are
Responsabilidades principales
Administrar, operar y optimizar las plataformas de videoconferencia.
Brindar
soporte técnico
a usuarios y equipos internos, resolviendo incidencias relacionadas con reuniones, audio/vídeo y conectividad.
Supervisar el rendimiento, capacidad y disponibilidad del servicio, aplicando buenas prácticas de seguridad.
Participar en proyectos de mejora, integración y actualización de soluciones de comunicaciones unificadas.
Colaborar con equipos de redes, sistemas y seguridad para garantizar un entorno robusto y eficiente.
Requisitos
Formación relacionada con Informática, Telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.
Conocimientos generales de:
Plataformas de
colaboración y videoconferencia
Redes
(TCP/IP, firewalling básico, QoS).
Audio/vídeo, codecs y flujos de comunicación.
Autenticación
y conceptos de seguridad
Administración básica de
sistemas
(Linux/Windows).
Capacidad de resolución de problemas y orientación al usuario.
