Our Falces manufacturing site, located in Navarra, Spain, is a manufacturing hub for producing core materials used in wind, marine, and industrial applications. Purpose of the function:
The adecuado candidate will ensure accurate and timely administration of all personnel-related processes within the factory, including payroll support, contract management, agency workforce coordination, employee data maintenance, and compliance with labour regulations..
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration: employee files, contracts, updates
Payroll Support: validate inputs, track absences, overtime, deductions
Agency Workers: coordinate staffing agencies, track attendance and contracts
Compliance & Reporting: prepare HR metrics, support audits
Employee Support: respond to inquiries, assist onboarding/offboarding
Participate as a company representative in meetings with employee representatives and trade unions, preparing documentation and ensuring consistent communication.
Skills:
Knowledge of payroll and HR admin processes
HRIS and time/attendance systems
Strong Excel skills
Understanding labour regulations
Accuracy in data management
Collaboration with production leaders
High integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work with diverse workforce
Adaptability
Continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience Requirements:
2-3 years in HR admin or payroll.
Factory experience preferred
Agency coordination experience beneficial
