Currently, we are seeking a SALES MANAGER VISION CARE for IBERIA, a mid-size market in the Vision Care business, part of the Western Europe region including Italy.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will lead, shape, and coach the field sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through seamless execution. Travel is expected to be 60%. The role involves being a member of the local management team and acting as a key link between strategy and execution, with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Key Accounts, Professional Education, and Analytics is essential.

1. Lead the AAM's team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Design the Independents channel strategy aligned with global priorities.
3. Ensure excellence in all field activities, including marketing activations.
4. Collaborate on designing and implementing the Commercial Policy.
5. Develop sales incentives schemes aligned with EMA guidelines.
6. Lead POA meetings and content.
7. Achieve Iberia SFE metrics.
8. Anticipate customer needs and solutions.
9. Coach and mentor sales team members.
10. Ensure compliance and business integrity in sales processes.
11. Promote Credo & D&I, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
12. Create an environment conducive to innovation and measured risk-taking.
People Management
Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team; drive coaching and training; oversee recruitment; retain high performers; and implement improvement plans.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
* Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, OTC, MedTech, or Pharma.
* Experience in category management and key account dynamics.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
