Job Description:

The Business: EMEALA Subscriber is Johnson Controls' alarm monitoring and intelligent services vertical that installs, maintains, and monitors our customers' security 24x7. The portfolio includes electronic security systems, video cameras, intelligent services/automation, fire detection, and security response services. EMEALA Subscriber operates in 8 countries under the ADT brand, leading in most markets. We provide tailored solutions, often as a service, covering both residential and commercial needs.

The Role - Sales Director: Reporting to the EMEALA Subscriber GM, this role is part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing approximately 610+ sales professionals across multiple channels. The goal is to deliver sales growth and meet targets across all countries and channels.

Responsibilities include:

* Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales growth strategies in collaboration with regional leaders, focusing on expanding customer base and market share, optimizing sales channels, and working with marketing to enhance lead generation and sales conversion.
* Sales Enablement: Ensure a strong sales foundation through effective processes, tools, coaching, and training. Lead and support sales teams, manage incentive structures, and collaborate with HR for ongoing development programs.
* Strategic Development: Work with country managers to develop long-term growth strategies, deploy sales excellence tools, and evaluate business opportunities and market dynamics.

Requirements:

* Minimum 15 years of broad sales and management experience.
* Preferably experience in alarm monitoring or B2C sales.
* Experience managing or leading a distributed sales organization across multiple regions.
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and understand cultural differences.

Preferred: Bachelor's in Sales, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred; Fluency in Spanish.
