Senior Project Manager – Industrial/Manufacturing/Pharma

We are leaders in professional services to the Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Automotive, Data Center, and Pharma sectors worldwide. Due to our continued successes and expansion of our Spanish business, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to work on major industrial projects.
Job Objectives
* Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
* Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
* Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
* Run and lead client and other required meetings.
* Identify the factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
* Support engineering decisions related to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
* Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.
* Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client, including all close‑out documentation and warranties.
* Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes.
* Manage design phases.
* Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long‑lead equipment.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Project Manager with previous sector experience (Industrial, Pharma, Logistics, or Manufacturing).
* University degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* Business level proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of Structural, Civil and/or Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Low‑Voltage scopes of work.
* Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
* Strong and professional communication skills, with excellent organization and multitasking ability.
* Team‑oriented attitude, self‑motivated and willing to support other groups and projects when required.
* Management experience, with the ability to lead and deliver a commission and general line management.
* Manage revenue, team resources and priorities to ensure client expectations are met.
