We are a fast-growing transport and logistics company operating in an international environment. We serve clients across various industries and regions, offering professional, tailored, and reliable logistics solutions.
We are currently looking for a motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individual to help us grow our sales presence in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively acquiring new B2B clients across Spain (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, meetings, online activities)
* Conducting business meetings and presenting offers – both online and in person
* Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners
* Achieving sales targets, using CRM tools, and regularly reporting sales activities
* Collaborating with the operations and logistics teams during client onboarding
* Planning routes and meeting schedules in the region (mainly Andalusia, but also other parts of Spain)
* Participating in marketing and sales initiatives – e.g. trade fairs, presentations, industry events
Who are we looking for?
An ideal candidate is someone who:
* Speaks Spanish fluently (native) and English at a minimum B2 level – daily work with international clients
* Holds a valid category B driver’s license and is open to hybrid work (field + office)
* Is available and mobile – ready for regular client meetings in different regions of Spain
Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (B2B or direct)
* Familiarity with prospecting techniques: cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email
* Ability to independently run sales meetings from start to finish
* Self-organization, initiative in acquiring clients
* Experience in building business relationships and working with CRM systems
* Ability to work towards sales targets and report results
Soft Skills:
* High level of independence and task-oriented work style
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proactiveness, action-oriented mindset, and perseverance
* Professionalism, punctuality, and responsibility
Nice to Have:
* Experience in transport, forwarding, logistics, or B2B services
* Knowledge of the Spanish market and its regional specifics
* Familiarity with tools like CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive), Google Workspace, Excel
