Robotics / Automation Student – Industrial Mapping (Part-Time)

About the role
We are looking for Master’s-level students in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering who are comfortable on the phone and interested in real industrial exposure.
You will work with Hitmark, an industrial robotics integrator active in food, beverage, and dairy factories across Europe (end-of-line automation, palletizing, mixed-SKU solutions).
This is not a sales role .
The purpose is industrial mapping and R&D input : understanding how factories handle automation today and documenting real production constraints to guide solution and product development.
What you will do
* Call factories (plant managers, maintenance, operations)
* Ask structured questions about:
* Palletizing / depalletizing processes
* Throughput, manpower, shifts
* Product and pallet handling
* Mixed SKUs on the same pallet
* Current vs wished OEE
* Document real industrial needs in a CRM
* Produce short, structured technical summaries
* Support Hitmark’s R&D and solution development team with real-world input

Who this is for

* You are studying robotics, automation, or industrial engineering (MSc preferred)
* You are comfortable speaking on the phone
* You are not afraid of cold calls in an industrial context
* You speak one of these languages at native level :
* French
* German
* Spanish
* Italian
* English
* You are structured, serious, and able to document information clearly
