The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Lifestyle Brands department and collaborate closely with the cross-functional Benetton and Shakira Perfumes teams. You’ll play a key role in executing global digital strategies, with a strong focus on social media and content production.
You will be responsible for managing the development of content across key digital touchpoints — including organic and paid social media, e-tailing, website, and email marketing. You will ensure smooth coordination between all involved teams and help strengthen our brands’ presence across LATAM.
What you'll get to do
- Coordinate with internal departments (Product & Marketing Development, Communication, Operational Marketing, Local Markets) to support the implementation of digital marketing strategies for Benetton and Shakira Perfumes, with a primary focus on the latter.
- Lead digital content productions (photo, video, CGI, 3D, copy, translations etc.) with a strong focus on social media platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Brief agencies and oversee the creation of Digital Launch Books for new product launches and key seasonal campaigns (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.), ensuring alignment with integral brand strategy and aesthetics.
- Ensure on-time delivery of all key assets and support local teams with requests related to digital brand guidelines.
- Drive social media acceleration for both brands by staying on top of trends and inspiring creativity.
- Brief and supervise specialized agencies in developing monthly content plans for Instagram and Tik Tok (4 accounts in total).
- Ensure alignment between the global content plan, local market initiatives, and influencer activations led by the Communications team.
- Oversee the email marketing plan for Shakira Perfumes, ensuring correct and timely send-outs.

Experience:
- Relevant experience in a digital marketing role, either on the brand, market, or agency side (preferably within the beauty industry).
- Relevant experience in social media management and content production, from briefing to final asset delivery.
Education: Degree in Digital Marketing / Media / Business, Advertising, or Communications.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish; good level of English required.
Competencies:
- Strong project management skills (a must) and autonomy.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and sensitivity to the beauty industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Power Point).
- Good working knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson or similar)
