We are looking for Assistant Finance Controller to join the finance department of Zannier Hotels to overlook the two properties in Namibia. As assistant finance controller, you will manage the finance team with daily accounting, ensure financial data is accurate and up to date. You ensure accounting, taxes and legal procedures are followed. You will also be working on monthly closing, budget preparation and corrective action plans implementation. The assistant finance controller will also work as business partner to the General Managers of the properties. This is great opportunity to gain experience and grow within the organisation. Key responsibilities: Supervise daily accounting team of the two properties including account payables, payroll, fixed assets, etc. Supervise monthly closing and yearly closing with accounting teamPrepare yearly budget and forecastsCosts analysis and corrective action plan proposalEnsure legal and accounting procedures are in placeManage cash flowPrepare and ensure relation with external auditorsMaintain and build communication with key stakeholders
