Client Lead
manages client interactions across the Customer Journey Map, ensuring improved satisfaction and loyalty. They possess expertise in sales processes, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. They achieve company goals through effective planning, setting sales targets, analyzing performance data, and forecasting future results. They are responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success at the delivery level.Responsibilities include:
Offering continuous value to existing clients by exploring new opportunities and leading consultancy sessions for future needs.Negotiating, preparing, and presenting commercial offers, managing communication during presales, even with cross-team involvement.Sharing sales strategies, objectives, and digital transformation roadmaps with PMs, especially when managing multiple accounts.Collaborating with PMs/DMs during project execution, attending demos, management meetings, and resolving client issues.Negotiating scope expansions and monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines.Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and conducting project retrospectives to evaluate success and future directions.Writing success stories and distributing satisfaction surveys.Understanding team members' experience, skills, and motivation, and collaborating on team allocation and workload management.Communicating staffing needs and contributing to meeting project deadlines, scope, and budgets, while proposing risk mitigation strategies.Experience and Skills :
