Key Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Provide attentive and friendly service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, following service standards.
- Wine & Beverage Support: Offer basic wine and drink recommendations; coordinate with the sommelier for specialized service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.
- Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus.
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
