Overview The Padel Community Manager will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence both online and on the ground. The mission is to manage and grow our social media channels with creative, engaging content while actively supporting the activation of our partnerships and events throughout the year. Acting as a bridge between our brand, our audience, and our partners, the Padel Community Manager will ensure consistent communication, smooth project execution, and impactful experiences that reflect our values.
Responsibilities Community Management Definition of the editorial calendar on all key social media channels
Posts management on all key social media channels (incl. copy creation)
Consumers interaction (reply / like) on public and private messages
Build and animate the Social Influencers and Ambassadors Community
Collaboration with pro players and their agents (approval processes, specific activation, ...)
Managing the amplification of key campaigns via our full social media ecosystem: local accounts, players, ambassadors, retailers, ...
Content Creation Creation of high-quality content (animated pictures, short videos, ...) for regular postings
Live: creation of engaging content for live events (tournaments, partnerships events)
Management of Social Media dedicated shootings
Responsible for managing (directly or indirectly) the full Social Media presence of the brand worldwide (including guidelines for local accounts management)
Responsible for declining the strategy on Social Media of the key communication campaigns of the brand
Partnerships & Event Activation Act as the main point of contact for partners during joint projects and events.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of partnership activations.
Manage event logistics, from preparation through on-site execution, ensuring smooth delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the value of each partnership.
Insights & Reporting Monthly report including:
Traffic and metrics analysis: analyze social audiences using appropriate metrics.
Competitors' activity monitoring and analysis
Synthetic analysis against KPI's
Track results of ongoing campaigns and make adjustments when necessary
Follow up with partners post-activation, providing reporting and maintaining strong relationships.
Your profile Education & Experience You hold a Master’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in social media management, marketing, partnerships, or event coordination.
Languages Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus.
Technical Skills Proficiency with Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Good understanding of Social Listening tools, including Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
Abilities Excellent communication, ability to create engaging content, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Team player with versatility in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
