Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
* Drafting and reviewing multiple contracts.
* Ensuring compliance with laws, industry standards, and company policies.
* Leading negotiations to secure favorable terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Collaborating with internal teams to align on negotiation strategies.
* Supporting the legal team in resolving disputes effectively.
Contract Administration:
* Overseeing contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely renewals and amendments.
* Monitoring and reporting to Head of Legal & Integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Recommending and implementing strategies to boost efficiency and reduce risks in contract management.
* Staying ahead of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Degree in Law.
* Proficient in English (B2+ / C1 level) — This requirement is mandatory.
* Advanced skills in office software (Word, Excel, and others).
* Strong document writing skills (in both English and Spanish).
