We also increase the productivity of your team allowing them to focus on their primary business activities. Our team are senior designers with experience at major consulting firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and others which also ensures absolute confidentiality and ease of use. Role Description : This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. You will lead and grow the sales department, driving strategy and performance to achieve business objectives.Your responsibilities include : Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution.Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.Setting departmental goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Strategising and overseeing sales activities, including pipeline management and forecasting.Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.Collaborating with the design team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.Reporting on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Utilising CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress and optimise sales processes. Qualification : Skills and Experience you will bring : Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding a sales team to success.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and other sales tools.Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.Strategic planning and target achievement skills to drive departmental success.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability.Fluency in English (written and verbal). #J-18808-Ljbffr
