Following a thorough training, your tasks will include but not be limited to:
* Source of new candidates using several platforms and methods.
* Select and call candidates, organise and conduct HR interviews and prepare technical assessments.
* Keep the internal database up to date, ensuring compliance to Company's policies and GDPR standards.
* Accurately escalate and follow-up on applications.
* Provide constant feedback to candidates.
* Participate in weekly meetings to keep a high level of communication between the teams and the management.
* Assist on other ad-hoc HR tasks and assist to the follow-up post onboarding of the new hires.
* Participate to events with consultants to maintain a great working atmosphere.
Your competences required:
* A first little experience or internship in HR or Recruitment is a good advantage.
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong communication skills
* Fast learning approach and proactiveness
* Methodical and organised mindset
* Fun and team spirited
* Adaptable to high pressure work demands
* Languages: English, Spanish, French or German are an important asset
