Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll partner with clients to enhance their sales strategies, analyze performance data, resolve concerns related to campaigns and budgets, and develop innovative solutions to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with assigned accounts to foster business growth
* Present products and services clearly and professionally, tailored to each client's needs
* Address objections confidently and uncover new sales opportunities
* Manage and track the sales pipeline, providing updates and performance insights
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Handle email correspondence related to client inquiries and commercial matters
* Communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (C1 level)
* EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
* Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
* Passionate about sales and client relationships
