As a Senior Manager in the Insurance Practice, you will lead critical transformation initiatives across life, health, and general insurance sectors. Your mission is to help clients rethink their operating models, elevate customer and distributor experiences, and realize strategic value through process redesign and digital enablement. Drive the end-to-end execution of client engagements, ensuring quality delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and providing clear, data-backed recommendations.
Oversee governance structures, risk management, and change control mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure alignment between business transformation goals and IT / digital initiatives in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and mentor consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth, accountability, and continuous learning.
Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership through articles, roundtables, and sector analyses.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in insurance consulting or transformation roles within insurance companies.
At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects or programs across multiple insurance lines (life, health, general, or specialty).
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate strategic priorities into executable transformation initiatives.
Availability for project-based travel when required.
