What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Product & Brand Manager for our Marketing Department. The candidate will develop comprehensive product-brand strategies, identify new KOLs and partnerships, analyze market trends and ROI, and explore synergies with patient associations. They will also assess competitors and develop content for storytelling, blogs, and press releases.
Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute market strategies, setting goals to strengthen market position.
* Develop messaging frameworks to effectively position our products.
* Oversee marketing material approval, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
* Collaborate on KOL plans and content strategies with the sales team.
* Plan and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand.
* Coordinate digital marketing initiatives to maximize visibility.
* Participate in industry events and trade shows.
* Work with various teams to align strategies with business goals.
* Develop brand guidelines for consistency worldwide.
* Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
* Support regional teams and distributor marketing efforts.
* Contribute to practice marketing strategies for customer engagement.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree; Master or MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management within the medical devices industry.
* Budget management skills.
* Strategic and campaign development skills.
* Understanding of brand evolution.
* Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
* Knowledge of industry trends and customer demands.
* Creativity and innovative thinking.
* Excellent time and project management skills.
* Proactive, versatile, self-motivated, and autonomous.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
