About the Role
Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive Trainee program in People & Organization, specifically in the Human Business Partners’ team for Production.
The mission is to provide advice and support to the different areas of the company, based on an overall business perspective and in relation to the application of labor regulations, policies, and Human Resources processes. The role contributes to aligning the areas with the organization’s strategy and to achieving the Company’s objectives, while facilitating and supporting all company areas in reaching their goals, within the scope of SEAT and associated companies.
We are looking for an agile, versátil, proactive and sociable professional that wants to develop himself/herself at SEAT S.A.

What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor in Labour Relations. Master’s degree in human resources is highly valued.
Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1), Valuable German (B2).
Skills: Complexity management, innovation, analytic, teamworker and proactive.
Valuable Experience
- Experience as HRBP in industrial environments or similar sectors (Production area).
- Knowledge of personnel and organizational management, Payroll, Collective bargaining agreement, Recruitment.. is a plus.
Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.)
Selection Process
Pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
