In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, optimization, and innovation across all service lots, leveraging automation and continuous improvement practices to enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute the automation roadmap across servicesIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiencyLead tooling optimization and workflow automation initiativesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across all service areasCollaborate with technical teams to implement automation solutionsPromote a DevOps and automation-first mindset across teamsMonitor and measure the impact of automation and improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong DevOps and automation mindsetProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similarExperience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automationExperience in workflow optimization and process automationAbility to identify and implement operational efficiency improvementsExperience with continuous improvement frameworks (e.G., Lean, Kaizen, or similar)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in large-scale, distributed environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesIf you are passionate about automation, innovation, and driving continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
