RSCM Process and Knowledge Management

Purpose :

Lead the RSCM Hubs in establishing and ensuring adherence to business process management standards globally by partnering with respective process experts, global process owners and key-users. Act as key-user for architecture and governance of business process management tools for Pharma and Consumer Health Global Supply Chain organizations. Lead in the implementation of standard business process management methodologies and collaborate with other divisional and Product Supply partnering functions.

Geographical scope :

Global SCM organizations, process owners / managers and SMEs for SCM functions in various global locations. Job position located in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona).

Major Tasks :

* Lead the RSCM Hubs in establishing and ensuring adherence to business process management standards globally by partnering with respective process experts, global process owners and key-users.
* Lead the RSCM Hubs as key user of business process management tools : Manage business processes in accordance with standardized approaches in Bayer’s Tools landscape.
* Lead RSCM business visualization tools in Bayer Landscape (e.g. myBPM, Life Docs) and system architecture. Coordinate, align and realize business requirements with IT technical support team. Execute system administration (e.g. authorizations) and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with central SCM process governance functions to continuously improve the Bayer Tools landscape and identify user-friendly solutions.
* Lead in projects as subject matter expert and represent RSCM as tool expert within Bayer’s business process management community.
* Lead the solution creation and management of standard documentation across all RSCM hubs.
* Lead the Onboarding and Training of new Joiners and existing RSCM Organization.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor or master in IT, business administration, SCM or equivalent education.
* Minimum 3 years operational or project experience in a business function with IT understanding.
* Process driven person, knowledge of MS Office (incl. Visio, Tableau). Ability to put complex business requirements into a harmonized picture.
* IT affinity for tools in areas like Process & Data Mining.
* Thorough and analytical, able to weigh individualization against standardization.
* Appreciated understanding of legal, regulatory, foreign trade, compliance and GxP environment.
* Strong ability to promote collaboration and trust across the whole organization.
* Structured, analytical mindset, good communication skills.
