We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human resources trainee to join our HR department. The ideal candidate has good Spanish and English skills, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality. You will support the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day HR processes with a focus in internal communication, documents and contracts, training, engagement activities.
Period available: from the middle of August until the end of november
What you will do
* Helping with Belmond policies, processes and procedures, so to be compliant with local law
* Helping the HR team with administration daily tasks
* Promoting events and property news internally
* Coordinating new hire orientations, ensuring our new joiners have a smooth start
* Assisting with training and development activities, such as managing mandatory employee trainings in class and online
* Assisting in organizing any company social activities
Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
* Passionate about people and talent development
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Computer literacy should include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
* Team working and interpersonal skills
* Ability to learn quickly
* Adaptability
* Emotional intelligence
* Interest in social media management
