Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated N2 Support Engineer (24x7) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reactive infrastructure support for critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide second-level (N2) support for infrastructure-related incidents
* Troubleshoot issues across cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform services
* Participate in on-call rotations and 24x7 support models
* Respond to and resolve critical incidents under time pressure
* Collaborate with N1, N3, and engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution
* Ensure proper incident documentation and handover between shifts
* Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and platform services
* Proven experience working in 24x7 support environments
* Ability to work in on-call or rotating shift models
* Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Strong incident management and resolution capabilities under pressure
* Solid understanding of infrastructure and system operations
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
* Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar)
* Knowledge of ITIL processes
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
