New Product Introduction Specialist

your mission
will be monitoring, organizing, and supervising the process of implementing new products and projects.
Reporting to
Our New Product Introduction & Master Data Manager
your responsibilities
* Managing new implementations in the organization, coordinating their execution.
* Achieving set goals and working based on KPIs.
* Managing projects within deadlines by monitoring checkpoints.
* Maintaining project documentation and providing instructions.
* Validating production capabilities for new products.
* Collaborating with R&D, Planning, Production, and Commercial departments to implement new products.
* Verifying technical capabilities for new product implementation.
* Ensuring ongoing communication between departments about new product developments.
* Organizing cyclical meetings to discuss project actions.
* Monitoring and controlling tasks within the project group.
* Reporting to the global NPI team about project statuses and risks.
* Supervising obsolescence minimization and material delivery to projects.
* Coordinating production tests and ensuring compliance.
* Optimizing processes and implementing improvements for NPI efficiency.
* Addressing current issues related to new implementations.
* Adhering to health, safety, and internal regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business. Additional qualifications are a plus.
* High proficiency in English (C1 level).
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
* Project Management experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of SAP system.
