About HMI Organization
HMI is part of the Digital Factory organization, composed of 6 activities such as Eilwell, Motion Control, Automation Control, HMI, IIoT Solution Software, and Process control systems. We provide solutions and innovation for plant and machine in Industry Automation. As a pioneer in HMI (human machine interface), our brand offers a wide range of product line-ups globally, including small-sized operation panels for equipment and machines, and high-performance models with integrated PLC and gateway functions for IT. We also produce IPC (industrial Personal Computer) capable of edge functions such as higher expressive power and data analysis. Our products serve fields like factory and equipment control in consumer-packaged goods, semicon, automotive, EV batteries, and life sciences industries.
Job Brief
We are looking for an iPC Specialist & Business Development professional, who will mainly lead growth initiatives and work closely with Countries, HMI Marketing, and ICO, especially for the iPC business. The main objective is to perform as an iPC specialist and Business Developer to build growth actions, work proactively with stakeholders, and execute strategies for growth.
Responsibilities
* Create technical documents and train countries on new and key offers, mainly iPC
* Develop iPC promotion & technical assets (videos, application stories, battle cards, etc.)
* Deliver iPC skill-up training to countries
* Share success cases, applications, and best practices across countries
* Collaborate closely with European countries to set and support growth actions to achieve sales targets
* Understand and support European countries' pain points, difficulties, and requirements
* Potentially expand scope in the future

Qualifications
* Must have excellent English communication and presentation skills
* Ability to travel within Europe and overseas
* Experience in Marketing, Sales, or PAE in Industrial Automation, especially iPC
* Knowledge of application/use-case with PCs (Windows, Linux, etc.)
* Engineering skills to develop applications with Schneider Electric software (e.g., BOS/EMSE, AVEVA)
* Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Responsible attitude, ability to coordinate and prioritize, and proactive problem-solving skills
Desirable: Experience in HMI engineering to develop PC-based applications.
