Customer Marketing and Sales Support Role
Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting annual customer performance analyses and audits.
2. Recommending annual assortment and activation strategies.
3. Tracking performance against assortment targets.
4. Defining, developing, and tracking annual loyalty plans (excluding pricing-related incentives).
5. Designing, executing, and monitoring annual promotional plans (managing sell-out promotions).
6. Identifying customer merchandise/assets needs, managing their delivery, and tracking outcomes.
7. Managing the customer trade marketing budget: projecting needs, allocating resources across activities, and tracking ROI.
8. Supporting customer relationships through:
* Localization and delivery of engagement calendars (newsletters, events, content).
* Preparing customer presentations on assortment and activation plans.
1. Supporting 'sell-in' sales team activities:
* Localization and delivery of sales activation calendars (pitch decks).
* Assisting sales enablement with educational content.
Main Interactions
* Collaborates daily with Area sales managers and teams to optimize customer sell-in and sell-out through assortment and trade marketing activations, maintaining direct customer contact.
* Works with the central trade marketing team on performance analysis and assortment recommendations.
* Briefs the central trade marketing team on sell-in/out activation needs.
* Coordinates with the sales content manager to localize and input content for sales activation calendars.
* Supports the sales enablement team in delivering educational content to sales teams.
* Partners with the revenue management team to identify business opportunities based on customer performance, proposing mitigation activities and budgets.
Education & Background
* University degree in marketing or a related commercial field.
* Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in marketing and commercial roles.
