The Project
As Finance Controlling Coordinator you will be part of a high-performing finance team to achieve timely and accurate financial reporting. Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks. Drive efficiency through process improvements and technology integration. Provide strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making by senior management.
What will the role entail?
1. Build Financial Business Plans to analyse new business opportunities in conjunction with Group Commercial Management.
2. Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting to both Executive Committee and Shareholders.
3. Perform monthly review on Sales & Margins including variances in COGS vs standard, Returns & Markdown Contributions etc.
4. Cooperate in performance improvement projects linked to FP&A department.
5. Contribute in annual Budget preparation together with the teams involved.
Requirements
What are our expectations on you?
1. Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
3. Effective communication and leadership skills.
4. Capability to adapt to changing business environments.
5. High level of English.
6. High level of Excel.
7. 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
