You will play a central role in supporting hotel operations through HR excellence while coordinating closely with the hotel management and the owning company on all labor-related matters. /p pb What will your key responsibilities be? /b /pulli Identify training needs and collaborate with hotel leadership to develop and deliver the annual training plan. /lili Coordinate and monitor training activities, including logistics, materials, attendance, and reporting. /lili Manage training-related subsidies through FUNDAE and oversee associated invoicing and budget tracking. /lili Deliver mandatory trainings (e.g., Human Trafficking Prevention, Cybersecurity, Travelife). /lili Facilitate onboarding processes and monitor development plans for employees. /lili Conduct exit interviews and gather insights for continuous improvement. /lili Organize engagement and recognition initiatives for employees. /lili Manage the full recruitment cycle for operational roles, from CV screening to onboarding coordination. /lili Serve as the main HR point of contact for communication and incident management with the hotel’s owning company, ensuring all labor documentation is collected, validated, and submitted properly. /lili Ensure compliance with internal policies, disciplinary rules, schedules, workplace safety, equality, and anti-harassment standards. /lili Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information and ensure proper handling of systems and resources. /lili Provide support with administrative tasks from other hotel departments when HR activity allows, including assisting with the management and digitization of delivery notes, billing sheets, and other internal documents. /li /ul pb What are we looking for? /b /pulli Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar; additional HR training is valued. /lili At least two years of experience in HR generalist or operational roles, preferably in the hotel industry. /lili Experience in European source markets, commercial strategy in intermediated sales, or multi‑regional environments is a plus. /lili Knowledge across: Recruitment, Training, Development, Onboarding, HR Admin, Employee Journey. /lili Proficiency in English and Spanish. /lili Strong command of office software and HR/Finance management systems. /lili Key competencies: Strategic vision, results orientation, teamwork, decision‑making, leadership, and customer orientation. /li /ul p Our purpose is to be a global benchmark that inspires, transforming every interaction into an opportunity to create unique and memorable experiences; that awakens, promoting an awareness of respect for the environment and the communities we work with; and that transcends, leaving a positive footprint on destinations—a legacy for future generations.
