Leading company in engineering industry is looking for a Global Head of HR to cover EMEA & Americas to boost their general people practices and policies. You will play a key role to build a high-performing and engaged culture across the regions.
Talent & Strategic Leadership Management
- Advise and provide key insight to the local teams across the regions ensuring alignment and accountability
- Manage the global standardization of policies and systems
- Manage leadership development and succession planning projects
- Boost the culture and organizational values across the regions
Organizational Design, M&A; & Change Management
- Guide and support the leadership team through the business transformation from an Human Resources view to protect and boost the core values of the company.
- Executive Coaching to boost change management and cultural alignment.
Rewards & Analytics
- Design a global rewards framework to ensure internal equity and local and global competitiveness for each area
- Supervise external advisors for digitalization projects
- Design and supervise Cost efficiency reports and other HR KPI's
- Support and advise the leadership team with data-driven insights
- Continuous global benchmarking mindset about the industry trends to guarantee the leader market positioning
Employee Relations
- Monitor and supervise the Employee Relations policies across the different regions
- Lead or support unions negotiations
- Partner with external advisors to guarantee compliance
Mandatory
- At least 12 years of experience in global environments with multi country report
- Strong skills and experience leading multicultural teams across different regions
- Fluency in Spanish and English
