Product & Leadership

Agile product mindset with a strong focus on experimentation, iteration, and outcomes

Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs based on business value

Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with agencies and partners

Track record of delivering high‐impact digital products

Marketing Acquisition & Growth

Strong technical expertise in acquisition and performance marketing, including paid media (search, social, programmatic, retail media)

Solid understanding of SEO, with knowledge of GEO and the growing role of AI‐driven search technologies

Full‐funnel perspective, understanding the interplay between paid, owned, and earned media

Experience managing and optimising large marketing budgets with measurable performance impact

AdTech, Data & AI

Experience defining AdTech stack strategy, roadmaps, and use cases

Hands‐on experience with modern AdTech platforms (DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, tagging frameworks)

Platform expertise across Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, or similar ecosystems

Strong data literacy with experience in performance measurement (attribution, MMM, tracking)

Good understanding of how AI/ML is applied in marketing (e.g. bidding, optimisation, personalisation)

Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEP, AJO, CJA) is a strong advantage

Your responsibilities

Drive digital transformation across global and local markets within AdTech and media, focusing on scalability and customer value

Harmonise the global AdTech landscape by defining and delivering scalable, high‐quality marketing acquisition products

Own the end‐to‐end product lifecycle for marketing acquisition products — from strategy and prioritisation to delivery, optimisation, and value realisation

Lead and guide agile, cross‐functional teams, creating clarity, focus, and measurable outcomes

Own prioritisation and delivery aligned with business objectives and OKRs, ensuring measurable impact

Shape and evolve ways of working across markets, including the future agency model and partner ecosystem

Drive innovation within marketing acquisition by leveraging data, AdTech, paid media, integrated search, and AI capabilities

Together as a teamAt Group Digital, Growth & Marketing, we set IKEA's digital agenda and drive the transformation of future marketing. Through innovation and collaboration, we build digital products and capabilities that enable effective, scalable, and personalised customer engagement. Within Marketing Activation, we focus on reaching new customers while deepening relationships with existing ones — driving engagement, loyalty, and love for the IKEA brand.

Location and applicationThis role will be based in Madrid. We operate a hybrid working arrangement where our teams work 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. Our office is based at Av. de Matapiñonera, 9, 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain. Applications will be open until at least 2nd May.
